Thursday, December 08th. Cost is $35.00 per person. Cutoff for ticket sales is November 24th. There will be none sold at the door.
Tickets will be available at our Nov 8th and 15th meetings from Ron Sawula or Alain Proulx.
If you cannot attend the meetings call or email Ron Sawula and we will hold tickets for you. Payment by cash, cheque payable to Comox Valley Flyfishers) or etransfer to Ron must be received by Nov 24th.
We have a new caterer this year who will serving up a buffet-style old-fashioned turkey and ham dinner with all the trimmings. This is a per plate dinner not an all-you-can-eat buffet. There should be ample food for all and even some seconds but this caterer does not allow for take-home cartons to be filled.
Silent Auction – (bring your donations or unwanted items to the hall or smaller items to our meetings). Please provide a brief description and approximate value.
Raffle – huge selection of raffle prize, tickets available from Dean Hodgson or Bob Hammersley at our meetings and also at the event.
Door Prizes – check in at the door with your dinner tickets to be entered
Rick Forster Memorial 50/50, – Nigel and Keith will be peddling the infamous 50-50 draw.
Bring your cash and/or a chequebook!
As a courtesy to the caterers please leave the parking area adjacent to the rear ramp clear. You can drop/pick up guests but do not park in that area.
A warning: dinner will start promptly at 7:00pm. Alcohol will not be served so settings will not include wine glasses but I suspect no one will arrest you if you “brown bag” a drink. Bring your own glasses. Bottled water and soft drinks and plastic cups will be provided.
For setup volunteers be there @3:00 (you can go home after)
For silent auction donors – any time after 4:30
For all party goers – after 6:00 – dinner starts at 7:00 sharp!
